Hand-knit in Bolivia from 100% alpaca and lined with soft black fleece, so the warmth is still there with your fingers out. The Fair Isle diamond-and-star pattern runs up the back of the hand in burgundy and blue.

Alpaca is warmer than sheep's wool at the same weight, sheds moisture instead of holding it, and carries no lanolin — so it stays soft against skin that finds wool itchy.
